Why are you here?

If you’ve ended up here, it means you’ve probably sensed that something is wrong with the world. There is a deep gauge in the fabric of our culture that leaves us empty, lifeless, and sick.

The clue that led you here was likely a simple, yet powerful intuition: it shouldn’t be this hard to find vibrant health and live a purposeful, meaningful life.

On the surface, it’s easy to see what’s going on. From the quality of our food and the widespread misinformation about human nutrition to our crumbling value systems to the displacement of real relationships with the cold avatars we interact with online – increasingly, the world we live in today is separating us from our true needs.

But unless you understand the deeper, underlying structures causing all of this, it’s almost impossible to navigate the modern environment and live the kind of life you deserve.

Indeed, if you want to be healthy in the modern world, the reality is that almost every part of it is stacked against you.

With this newsletter, I intend to help you beat those odds.
